Peahi Hui Lands Subdivision now taking reservations for Haiku Maui 2 acre lots
At the recent Brokers Open for the Peahi Hui Lands Subdivision we toured the site and got maps and pricing info. This will be a brand new agricultural subdivision in the Peahi area of Haiku Maui, with 16 lots of 2 acres or more. The subdivision is not quite finalized yet, but the developers are taking reservations for the lots.
It's all very raw now, with shrubs and overgrown grasses, but when completed, this subdivision will have underground utilities, county water meters for all lots, and ocean views from most of them. The roadways will be paved and there will be minimal overhead street lighting.
The location is mauka of the Hana Highway, and west of S. Holokai Road. Access is from Kekoanui Road which connects with S. Holokai Rd.
