What's been selling in the oceanfront residential real estate market in the past year? Looking back 12 months in our MLS, here's what I find...
Sold in Kihei, oceanfront:
- 3016 S. Kihei Rd. sold for $8,000,000 on 8/15/16. Originally listed for $12,000,000 the previous October, once the price came down to around $9,000,000 a serious cash buyer made his move. Just a simple 2BD/1.5BA 976 sf home on a big half acre lot right on Keawakapu Beach. Great development potential!
- 1520 Halama St. sold for $3,600,000 on 4/29/16. Originally listed for $4,190,000 this 1980's residence didn't come down so far in price. A large 4BD/3.5BA home and a detached beach cottage on a lot of .4 acres with a sandy beach out front. What will happen here next?
