Paia Maui HI - get your fresh fish here today!

Fresh fish in Paia Maui Hawaii - Check out the fresh fish truck parked at the edge of Paia town the other day.  Plenty of room to pull over and see what they have to offer.

North Shore Fish Truck - Paia Maui HI 96779

Paia is a little beach town on the north shore of Maui and plenty of people here have boats so they can get in the water and catch some great tasting local fish:

  • mahi-mahi
  • ahi, or yellow fin tuna
  • ono - which translates to "delicious" in Hawaiian

You're in for a real treat when you eat any of these.  Mahi-mahi is the staple fish you'll find in almost any restaurant here, cooked many ways including good old fish and chips.  Ahi is usually what you'll get when you have raw fish sashimi.  Ono is great cooked up in many ways, and just a little firmer than Mahi.

If you can't be bothered to cook, there are a lot of great restaurants in Paia where you can get some of these local favorites.

Fish and Chips!

How about this mouth watering fish and chips!

When you're ready to blow the budget be sure to try Mama's Fish House for the best and freshest fish you ever tasted.
