Maui homes for sale - Bathtubs with a view

Here on Maui the weather is so good we like to enjoy being outdoors whenever we can.  This has even carried over to home design.  I will often see beautiful Maui homes for sale like these, where there are no window coverings in the bathroom.

Why spoil the view?

OK so this one here is a little cloudy... yes those are clouds outside at a higher elevation up in Kula.  On a sunny day you would be able to see the ocean from this Kula home.

Haiku Maui homes often have lush gardens with palm trees and tropical flowers.  Why not bring that island beauty inside too?

This north shore Haiku home also has a beautiful pool and pool cabana with ocean views.  However you choose to relax, you can see the ocean and feel the breeze, and perhaps smell some lovely tropical scents from your garden.

This is a great topic. What's funny is they have such a great view but then don't the curtains go up while in the bathtub? Maybe not, this is Maui : )

Georgina- What a wonderfully creative topic for a post and so desirable. I would have loved to have an outdoor toilet for my 5 kids when they were growing up so they did not have to come in when playing outside. Of course, the boys just used the bushes:)

Yes, I can see myself soaking in it!  Hope you have a great weekend.  Weather in Lake Norman is PERFECT today.  I'll look forward to your tweets on Twitter.

Great views Georgina & excellent post. I'm normally a shower guy, but I could get use to any of those tubs.

Georgina, I loved this!  It's something you don't find here and I can't imagine how lovely that is to see the outdoors while enjoying your own spa!

Hi Georgina...I have a tub with a lake view and no window coverings.  We built the house in 1994 and I have never been in that tub.  I use the shower with a view.  The windows are huge too.

This was a very clever post.  Fun concept.  Hope you sell all three homes.
