Georgina - OMG I love the view. I think I'd live on that porch. I'm sitting here drinking my coffee and I could just close my eyes and feel like I'm there. Good luck getting it sold. Though I doubt you'll need it!
Georgina- What an amazing view! It is fabulous. What a decision to make: living on a hill with all that view and having to drive to the beach of living on the beach. Tough decision to make.

Katerina - that's the nice part about Maui - you can pretty much pick what kind of climate you want, and then find a home in that area. The beaches are never far away.
