I was showing a home in Sun City West on Friday.  There was a gardenia plant with lots of flowers in the entry.  It was a pleasant aroma that reminded me of my family home in Hilo.  Georgina, your pictures also remind me of Hilo.

Leolinda you guessed it right - that first one is a gardenia - a sure sign of spring in Hawaii.
