This is definitely not Maui - nothing like this remotely exists on Maui. Just a comparison in case anyone is tired of that lifestyle.
Not my kind of home but thanks for sharing.... I get seasick thinking about this home!
I'm late to the post, Georgina, but I imagine that would be a very fun place to be....at least for a while!
I've always thought living on a houseboat would be kind of fun... but the fantasy is probably better than the reality.
I would love a beach home but not this kind of home. I get tooooo seasick. LOL
The only fun part would be living on a houseboat but not with those highrises! I am so glad they don't allow concrete jungles on Maui. My son is going to get to move to Hawaii before me:) He is looking for a chef position in the islands. He is such a great chef too.
That's a great photo. I love the contrast between the peacefulness of the houseboat and everything that surrounds it. Thanks for sharing and have a great Sunday.
Did you say where this was taken? I'm curious. Looks like a pretty hectic life!
Melissa - it's in Coal Harbor, Vancouver BC. Right in the downtown area where there's a lot of new development.
Katerina - there are plenty of hotels that need a good chef!
Yvette - yes the little houseboat really stands out!
