Okay so I'm a day late on this one, but here it is, hope you enjoy the view. Sometimes I have to work on Sundays!
Aloha and thanks for reading my Maui Blog.

Those views are just gorgeous Georgina!
Georgina, that is very reasonably priced! Great views! This one shouldn't last long!
Looks pretty good. Does a home come with the view? Or . . . is it just the view?
It looks like a million dollar view. Absolutley incredible view!
Love those views, your blog is a breathe of fresh air for me and an inspiration to my dreams.
What mountain is that in the background?
How far from a swimming beach is a house or condo with this view?
I danced hula to Lahainaluna last night and thought of you. As usual, your pictures are beautiful.
Georgina - fantastic photo too! love it - and if i win a lotto - its off to hawaii I go! :-)
Contrary to what all the other commenters have said.... It would be a beautiful photo if it had a volcano spewing lava in the background. Where are the volcanos? And how much is that new land that's being developed? LOL
Looks like a very beautiful place to be. Good luck with your sale, hope you find a buyer soon.
Now that view truly is PARADISE! What a great place to live.
Good title for a blog! And nice angle for a reader to get hooked in. I think I'd use a similar idea, but include a listings link to other properties "under $600k with a view". Just an idea. ; ))
Wow - so many good comments, I will try and answer the questions...
Yes the house and land is for sale, it's a cute 3BD/2BA single story home for $585,000 and not my listing, but I can help a buyer!
That's Haleakala (house of the sun) in the background, that's the side where I live, over around the left hand side of that mountain. No it doesn't spew, not for a few centuries anyway. The big active volcano is on the Big Island which is also technically called Hawaii. Yes, that new land over there is cheap... but not very desirable.
It was just a quickie post, so no links at this time, but yes that's a good idea!
No time for long posts lately - too busy with buyers! woo hoo.
Aloha Georgina,
Great pic of Haleakala! The last time I visited the summit was to watch the sun rise, unfortunately, I wasn't wearing long pants and I nearly froze my okole.
Peace,
Good thing looks are free for me, but for a buyer that is priceless.
Now that would be a gorgeous view to wake up to every morning:)
