Currently there are 707 Kihei, Wailea, Makena and Maalaea condos for sale.
672 of those are fee simple. 73 of the total are under contract. Some are
hi-rise, some are low-rise and some are single family homes. At least half
of them are vacation or resort condos, meaning an owner can rent them on a
daily or weekly basis. A fair amount of them are bank owned or soon to be

Fishing at Kahoolawe - Waters around Kahoolawe will be open to permitted
vessels for trolling Oct. 10 and 11 and Oct. 24 and 25. All vessels must
register annually with the Kahoolawe Island Reserve Commission and pay a $25
fee in order to enter the reserve for trolling on designated dates, and they
must also file a catch report whether or not they get anything. To register

Georgina, I love that there is such a wide inventory of home prices in Maui. It seems that there is something for everyone in that paradise you are fortunate enough to call home.

Caole - condo prices have come way down, so more people are able to afford them now.
