On a weekend evening this little seaside town comes alive with people from around the world, especially in the winter months when we get big waves. With all the restaurants and boutiques, there's plenty to do and see. Did you notice the guys with the surfboards? Say HI to Santa!
This is the town where you'll find Jim Sanders Realty - that's my office! Well you won't find me hanging around in the office, as I'll be out looking at properties with Maui buyers, or getting some new Maui listings.

Georgina, This looks like SO much fun! What a wonderful place to visit, I am looking forward to getting there one day!
Kathy - yes I'm the mauihunter (on YouTube and other places). The film strip theme is part of the iMovie program that comes with MacBook Pro. You just take some video footage then cut sections out and plop them into your movie project, and voila!
Carole - Paia is a really fun and interesting little town with some colorful characters. It's also an international hang out for the water sports crowd, new-agers, and just plain everyday folks too.
What a neat video Georgina! I wish I was there now!
Georgina - what a cute idea! Love all those shops lined up like that!
Georgina- My first IMovie turned out like crap :( Yours looks great. I love that old small town feel. I can see myself living there for about 3 months each year!
Also, I like how you sized that movie in youtube. I think I will use this larger size. What size did you use? And does it fit fine on your outside blog in the same size?
Katerina - My Flip camera is HD so I upload as an HD file. YouTube now accepts HD uploads.
Thanks for asking about how they look in the outside blog... they look like crap! They don't even load up! I didn't notice this before. Any suggestions?
