What's new in the South Maui condo market? As usual, about 95 new condo listings since the January newsletter, and only 19 are bank owned or potential short sales. The input of new listings seems to be holding steady, and total sales of units is up compared to last year. As a resort destination, it's pretty hard to beat Maui. Here are some selected new listings from Kihei and Wailea in the past month.
