That is really funny! After years of making fun of my friends with various apple products, I caved and purchased an ipod which I love...after that an iphone and macbook pro and I am hooked. Though my wife and I are both avid readers, we are waiting to see about the new wave of readers, ipads, kindles or whatever! I am still chuckling at the clip ;-)

I was unable to view the video, because I am actually using my in-laws' laptop.  Yes, I am in Los Alamos, New Mexico.  I have an Iphone, so I do not have the need for an Ipad at this time.  I will wait for the 2nd or 3rd generation Ipad before I consider it.

Georgina - that was funny.  Though it does have its limitations - compared to my old lap top clunker, I think I would like this very much.

Is iPad a competitor to Kindle? I didn't know that, but I'm not an Apple fan, and I like to hold real books in my hand when I'm reading, so Kindle's out, too!

Georgina - My son purchased a Kindle a year ago and loves it - for me it is good old fashioned books! I am at the library weekly!
