Wailea Kialoa Neighborhood Street View - YouTube video
If a picture is worth 1,000 words then I hope this little 1 minute movie will tell you how wonderful the Wailea Kialoa gated neighborhood looks. Wailea Kialoa consists of about 80 good sized lots with very nice 1 and 2 story luxury homes, mostly built in the 80's and 90's. Many of these upscale homes have pools and wonderful ocean views. Prices are down and now is a good time to be buying.
Currently there are 7 Active and Pending listings in our Maui MLS, ranging in price from $950,000 - $3,350,000. All 4 of the lowest priced homes for sale are pending, which tells you that it's a very popular neighborhood and there are buyers ready and able to purchase into this Wailea community. Wailea Kialoa is adjacent to the Wailea Pualani and Wailea Kai neighborhoods. Wailea is a master planned community, a well loved resort destination, integral to helping Maui be the "Best Island in the World".

Hi Georgina, I just saw this on twitter and came over to check it out. You've done a really good job showcasing your community with this well produced and edited video! BTW I was listening to Brads webinar on youtube this week and right now I am actually sitting at my desk trying to figure out how to load video clips from a Sony camera into imovie! I hope I can do as well as you have!
Also, I really enjoyed the view of your companion in the car and at the end! One other thing, did you use some sort of camera mount in the car? Thanks!
Russell - doesn't iMovie automatically find the clips once you have downloaded them? I find that when I insert my Flip camera, it opens iPhoto and I download them into there first. Then when I open iMovie it will autopopulate. No I haven't used the tripod/car mount yet... just holding and shooting!
