Maui Hawaii South Shore Condo Newsletter - April 2010
Last week there was a Realtor Caravan for the Wailea Ekahi Resort development. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, it's one of the first condo developments in Wailea, back in the 70's. There are about three hundred units on 33 oceanfront acres, adjoining Keawakapu Beach. The beautiful manicured grounds, 4 swimming pools and a beachfront pool pavillion add to the enjoyment for all owners and guests. This complex is a vacation resort which allows short term rentals, and bookings are pretty solid here. Pets are allowed, which is not common in a Maui resort property.

Georgina - another beautiful newsletter! Those photos alone make it an interesting view and the information - if I did not live in Florida, I would consider moving out there!
