Excellent report, seems prices continue to ease downward in my opinion. Much needed for the local North Shore buyers.
Jeff - ya, there were some good prices showing up! It's encouraging for sure.
Hi Georgina...Hope you had a hand in some of the sales. I take it no water meter means you dig a well. Is that right? Shows you I would need a local REALTOR.
Kate
Nice rundown on what's happening in the Haiku Maui Real Estate market Georgina. I hope some of those sales were yours!
Kate and Craig - not mine, but Jim Sanders Realty was involved in at least 3 of these.
Kate - a well is one option. Water catchment is another - or should I saw Rainwater Harvesting System?

Now, for the main thing- it looks like there is hardly any inventory on Maui! And it looks like you need about 600K for a small decent place with a bit of land, correct?
Katerina - inventory is always a problem here - it's a small island no matter how you look at it. Due to supply and demand, prices tend to be on the high end, so yes, your estimate is correct... maybe you can get a job for Zillow... lol.
Aloha Georgina,
Great prices for a bit of paradise in Haiku. Great place to park cash if you've got it, a better place to live off the grid and be green.
Peace,
