That first one looks like quite a bargain. I wish I could buy it for myself.
BTW - While I was in Chattanooga last week I got the chance to spend some time with 3 sweet ladies from Hawaii. They were at Precept Ministries for the same training I went to. I think we were all just a bit jealous that they were going back home to Hawaii! They even brought some of those yummy chocolate covered macadamia nuts to share.
Looks like you have some great prices there, I am sure homes are selling well there.
