There's a lot of new condo listings coming on the market now, with 125 in the South Maui and Maalaea areas for the past month. - walk across South Kihei Road to a sandy beach, maintenance fees include electricity
2. Split Level, Maalaea $156,900.00
- master bedroom upstairs with private lanai, ocean views, walk to boat harbor
- like new 3BD/2BA condo with ocean view, central AC, salt water pool and spa, 2 assigned parking spaces

Nice to hear there are new developments and extra inventory going on the market. Good luck to you.
Bryan - thanks for being the first commenter. Yes, we need more inventory really, especially anything with mixed use zoning.
Always nice to read the latest from my favorite Hawaiian island =)
Hi Paul - thanks for checking in... you'll probably like the video clip I just posted too. Have a great weekend.
Wow it certainly looks like are some great deals in Maui now. Do you think you have hit bottom, or are there still lots of short sales and foreclosures hitting?
Another great newsletter - you have some wonderful condos out there!
Richard - bouncing along the bottom - still lots of those dreaded short sales and plenty of REOs. Great time to be buying on Maui if you have the cash.
