A Kihei man got a hole-in-one earlier this month.  He aced the 3rd hole at the Wailea Emerald Course, making this his fourth time!  George Yaksic used a driver on the 153 yard shot, and a specialized cart that enables him to play despite being paralyzed from the waist down.  George hails from Chicago where he used to be an iron worker.  Now he gets to play golf in Wailea and keep trying for his next hole-in-one.

Interest rates are ready for the taking if anyone is thinking about buying, now is the time. Some nice looking properties for sale, that first one would do me just fine.

I am laughing so hard I can hardly type.  I bought my first little townhome when the rates had "decreased" to 13% and I was able to get a 1 year adjustable mortgage at 11.5% and thought I was getting a "bargain." To add insult to injury, I had to take title as a "spinster" at 22 years old - Chicago was a little behind times, LOL. 

That's such an awesome story about the man shooting his 4th hole in one and with a handicap far greater than the numbers on a score card.

Both our islands have some great deals on condos.  Here on Kauai are prices are back to 2004 levels and are now approaching 2003.
