Kamaole Nalu views video - Kihei Maui HI 96753
On the south side of Maui you'll find many beautiful sandy beaches and parks. Kamaole III Beach Park has showers and bathrooms, picnic tables and barbecues, and a lifeguard on duty. The waves are usually gentle and there's plenty of sand for sunbathing or playing frisbee.
The Royal Mauian, and Kamaole Nalu are a couple of the hi-rise resort condo buildings located at the north end of Kamaole III beach. The picture and video are taken from the oceanfront stairway of Kamaole Nalu. With views like this, it's no wonder that vacationers flock here every year to enjoy the weather and soak up the sun.

Owning your own vacation condo is a great way to start on the Mauireal estate ladder. When you're not using it yourself, you can rent it out to help cover the costs of ownership. If you decide to live on Maui full time, trade up to a larger condo or perhaps a single family home. With a real estate investment here in the islands, you'll always have a good excuse to come over for a visit, to check on things!

You make a very convincing argument about climbing the Maui real estate ladder Georgina. I can think of no better place to take the first step...
I really shouldn't have clicked on that video...now I'm longing to go to the beach! How am supposed to get anything done today with Maui on my mind?? ;-)
What a beautiful place!
Hi Georgie--Have I ever mentioned that I am extremely jealous of your unfair advantage? Is there such a thing as taking a bad picture or video in Hawaii? Just curious, how often do you make it to the beach? I am really wondering if living in paradise is as wonderful as it seems!!
Georgina - BEAUTIFUL!!! We both live in such lovely areas of our nation! I would love to see your islands in person one day!
