Eliminate THIS Word From Your Vocabulary - You CAN do it

I never would have believed this if I didn't see the video.  These guys really know their stuff.  Almost makes me want to go out and join the army.... (JUST KIDDING).

Try and see if you can go a whole day or week without using the C word.  I bet you can... you just have to be more creative.

This is a word that you truly need to eliminate from your vocabulary and it is illustrated in bright RED below. The reason for this is when you say you CAN'T do something you are assuming the result already from a negative thinking point of view. How do you know you can't learn something, perform something, make something happen, achieve where you want to go, have it better than where you are now? The fact is you don't. You are just telling yourself that.

Cannot Do It

What we tell ourselves is very powerful self-programming. I truly believe, other than with controlling others in our life and what they might do interacting with us in where we are trying to go or to accomplish and in the situations that are "out of our control", there is NOTHING you can't do if you set your mind to something.

If my little CROSS through the word doesn't motivate you perhaps our U.S. Military particularly those so wondrous folks I admire in the Army can inspire you. Those folks are great. Enjoy, and get off your butt and say I CAN in your life with everything.

Interesting choice for a reblog. Yes, a can do attitude is important, especially if self-emoloyed!
