Kuau Maui Hawaii shoreline from the air

Here we are on a beautiful day flying over the north shore of Maui, looking west towards the West Maui Mountains in the background. Kuau Maui is in the foreground. As you can see, it's a sparsely populated area, but it's big on natural beauty. No wonder that celebrities like to call this place home (or second home).

Kuau is on the outskirts of Paia town, and it's very popular with anyone who loves to play in the ocean waves: windsurfers, kitesurfers, paddlers, surfers, swimmers and divers. The water is warm all year round and the sun shines almost every day.

That's Haleakala mountain in the background here. See that big patch of green lawn in the foreground... it's a full acre of oceanfront beauty and it's for sale! Asking price is $6,900,000. for this parcel, with a house and cottage. Opportunities like this don't come along every day on Maui.
I can send you the full details if you're interested. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're looking to buy a home on Maui's north shore.

This is truly what we call "Gods Country!" It is so beautiful there. I can remember the last time I visited the islands in 1994. Did the helicopter tour over Kaui, hiked, then the big island helicopter over the volcanic area. Of course stayed in Oahu, but Kaui is like no other. Simply breathtaking. Best of luck for this one. I hope it sells quickly!!
That looks like a phenomenal piece of land, Georgina! Too bad my ship hasn't come in yet!
Such a beautiful place! I wish I could live there.... heck I wish I could afford to live in a place like that!
Thanks for your comments. Yes this one will probably sell soon, the time is ripe.
I would be happy to live in the cottage. Let us know when you sell this beauty. Hey you may be able to retire and go down an enjoy the beach.
Carl & Ceil - if I sell this property I'll be throwing a big party and you're invited!
Georgina - Those dark rocks along the shoreline are impressive! I am guessing that lava formed them!
