Colleen's restaurant in Haiku Maui is one of the best known places to eat on the north shore. What started out as a small bakery has grown up into a full service dining experience in a thriving former pineapple cannery in the Maui countryside. When we first met Colleen she was passionate about baking and cooking and was just getting started in a small commercial space in Haiku. Pizza came next and that was a big hit with the surfers and windsurfers. Soon more items were added to the menu and the space expanded and grew to what it is today. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, with plenty of personal service.
Recently I enjoyed the ono and avocado wrap pictured here. It was very good and quite filling!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. You can get beer, wine and cocktails.
Parking is never a problem at the Haiku Marketplace.... take a video tour!
