Pukalani Maui HI - random pictures from Realtor Caravan today

It was another good showing of upcountry homes for sale this morning.  5 new listings to see on our Realtor Caravan in Pukalani and Makawao.  This area of Maui usually has some of the most affordable homes on the market, as you would learn if you subscribe to my Maui Real Estate newsletters.

Pukalani Maui really has a great mixture of housing styles and prices that range from $319,000 - $1,950,000.  There are older plantation homes and there are newer fairway homes, and plenty of house and cottage combinations on one lot.  If you're looking for a nice affordable place to call HOME on Maui, why not let me help you with the search and the purchase.  Please don't hesitate to contact me with your questions.

I had never thought about how glorious it must be to have tour or caravan day in Hawaii.  Heck, even when Hawaiian Realtors are working they are on vacation:-)  I can smell the Plumeria from here.

Georgina, I really must go on an upcountry caravan the next time I'm over.  Perhaps I'll do that in July.  Don't sell all of them in the meantime!

Aloha
