Georgiana,  so if I ever win the lottery and can afford not just the house but to travel regularly to Maui, what could I get on the beach for under $500,000?  I am sure it's more affordable than Oahu.  I'd love to see some pictures.  Oh, isn't the Merry Monarch Festival there on Maui?

Cathy - With $500,000 you can choose from many beachfront condos, and maybe even a 2 bedroom one that allows vacation rentals when you're not using it yourself.  The Merry Monarch Festival is on the Big Island, not Maui.

Doug - I liked that one too and could stand to live there!

Georgina, So what are you telling your buyers from the mainland of market conditions on Maui?

I've followed Maui market conditions for over 20 years and the prices right now our UN-believable.
