Hi Georgina,
Thanks for sharing.
That's a beautiful flower.
Have a wonderful week
Georgina, that last one seems to be almost right on time for Sunflowers. The blue hue is a perfect backdrop to bow out gracefully.
Georgina....maybe it'll last a bit longer than that sunflower, but either way...awesome picture!
I used to grow sunflowers when I lived in Germany and we would dry the seeds!
Hi Georgina. Thanks for more of your spectacular photos from Maui. That is probably the most gorgeous sunflower I think I have ever seen.
Aw you guys are too nice. Thanks for your comments.
"The last sunflower of summer" and what a flower it is. What a great photo!
Georgina, I'm seeing the last of the Sunflowers here also. They are fading. It always make me sad. We love the changing of the Seasons and we are eager to move into the next one but we are leaving behind wonderful things as well. The Sunflowers and Tomatoes will be missed. Have a beautiful day!
Wow Georgina!!! What great photos! We are in Northern California on fall break, and we are seeing the last of the sunflowers for the season...truly beautiful watching the seasons change!
Happy Sunday!
Cheron
thanks again to everyone who likes these pics.... they are taken with the Hipstamtic app for iPhone... probably the camera app I use the most because the results are so unpredictable.
Your gorgeous pictures make me miss the beach and ocean so much. I grew up in Portland Oregon where anytime I had a few hours to spare I could feast my eyes on the beach, but am now landlocked. Sometimes, I crave the sand and waves like a drug.
