I don't know if somebody already posted this, but thought it worth a mention:
I cut and pasted this from our HAR (Hawaii Assn of Realtors) bulletin that came to my inbox a few days ago:
In recognition of November as NAR Designation Awareness Month, REALTORS® are invited to take advantage of a $25 discount offer on the e-PRO® certification program if they enroll in the course by Nov. 30. Registrants meeting the deadline can also take up to eight months to complete the session, providing an additional two months beyond regular completion requirements.
The e-PRO® certification provides REALTORS® with tools to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of real estate using technology. Join the more than 50,000 real estate professionals who have already registered for the only technology and Internet certification course recognized nationwide and offered by NAR. Online registration is required to receive the discounted rate of $334.
I'm looking forward to taking the course and becoming an E-Pro myself, after reading about the benefits right here on ActiveRain. What are you waiting for?

As a recent e-PRO graduate I found the course very valuable. Had I taken it a few years ago I would have been able to save substantial sums of cash that ended up not producing near the desired results.
Georgina-The course is all online, but they do FREE "workshops' all over the country...these are 90 minutes, and they give you a small taste of the course....and can sign you up right there, or of course you can just do it online.
Several people are going to a conference in January in Hawaii, I think Oahu ? do you need the link to sign up?
Georgina,
When I took the course I had recently been an MIS college student and thought I knew it all, but it was a great refresher and I learned many things along the way. Some of it was a bit boring, but all in all it was a great course. I recommend it to all my associates.
To answer your direct question about the bottom line... Do business cards increase your bottom line? It really is just another tool in your tool bag. I believe I have made additional income from taking the course but I can't give you a dollar figure on how much. Most of my non referral business comes from the Internet and my drip email follow up campaigns.
Good luck on your decision.
