Kihei - 404 units sold, 34 units sold in December 2011; Maalaea - 46 units sold, 5 units sold in December 2011; Wailea/Makena - 103 units sold, 5 units sold in December 2011.

A Kihei woman has managed to save 4 monkeypod trees from being removed because they are causing a sidewalk to buckle. It's only a temporary stay of execution, but a big relief to those who want to see the trees survive. Future road work will probably require their removal from in front of the Maui Schooner Resort anyway. Read more about this in the Maui News online.

Looks wonderful. I lived on Maui for a summer back in 90.
Number one for $99,000 sounds like a wonderful buy for someone that is looking for a fixer-upper. Wish I lived closer I would think seriously at looking at this one. I guess I need to buy a Texas Lotto ticket and win to think seriously about any of the others. Keep your fingers crossed I'll buy a ticket Wednesday night.
