In the past year there have been 4 sales of Maui Sunset condos in the Maui MLS, ranging from $297,000 - $447,000.
- average sale price $374,750
- median price $377,500
None of the recent sales were bank owned properties or short sales. All were purchased with cash.
The 4 sales at Maui Sunset in 2011 were:

- unit A-513 sold for $340,000 - 1BD/2BA with ocean view

It's cold here in Northern California Georgina brrrrrrrrr....so I wanted to stop in and get a glimpse of paradise
Georgina-Are condos generally lower priced in Kihei than in Lahaina? As Carl said, in #1 comment, that's not a bad place to hang your hat.
We don't have too many of those condo-hotels here in our area. I can only imagine how wonderful these views must be if they are waterfront!

Wayne - generally I would say yes that Kihei is lower priced than West Maui.
