In the last 6 months there have been 36 closed residential sales in Kula, with an average price of $760,923 and a median price of $587,500.  Average Days on Market (DOM) was 216, or a little over 7 months from listing to SOLD.  Which one of these new Kula listings will be the next one sold?

You have to stop and see the Kula Country Farms Pumpkin Patch and other Halloween activities for the kids this month.  They have really gone all out this year with fun things to do and so many pumpkins for sale!  Be sure to check out the food truck too while you're there, so you can enjoy a great meal under the shade, and take in the beautiful views.  Just drive out the Kula Highway to about Rice Park and you'll find them on the right... with all the cars parked out front.  This is one Maui event you don't want to miss.
