Where are the most expensive homes on Maui?

Here in Hawaii the real estate is pretty expensive, but it's worth it!  Where can you find the most expensive and luxurious Maui homes?  Without a doubt it would be in West Maui and South Maui.

Kapalua on the West side has THE most expensive home and most of the highest priced listings.

  • 9 Kapalua Place - $28,000,000 - beachfront mansion with pool
  • 3 Kapalua Place - $20,880,000 - beachfront mansion with pool
  • 203 Plantation Club Drive - $19,800,000 - luxury estate on 6.8 acres

Keawakapu Beach fixer for sale

Makena/Wailea/Kihei on the South shore properties often get up over $10M too.

  • 6900 Makena Road - $14,000,000 - oceanfront humble home
  • 3116 S. Kihei Road - $11,900,000 - beachfront fixer

Spreckelsville luxury homes for sale

Even Spreckelsville on the North shore can get pretty pricey.

What's your budget for a luxury home in the islands?  Do you think you could swing it?  Got any questions?

Hi, Georgina -- I love the term "beachfront fixer" next to the $11,900,000 price tag!

But one thing is certain -- Maui is one of the most beautiful places on earth!  All the best to you -- Eric

Georgina-Those are some great estates you've described on Maui. I wish I could say that I had a budget for one of those, but I don't. We could be neighbors.

Yowsa. I'm not sure "pricey" covers it :)
