Spreckelsville Maui Hawaii - oceanfront home sales in 2014

It's been a very good year already for oceanfront home sales on the north shore of Maui, especially Spreckelsville near Paia.  These 4 listings have sold in the first quarter of 2014.  3 of them are beachfront and perfect for windsurfers.  These are really exceptional properties that are rare and precious, and that's why they are so expensive.

602 Stable Rd. sold on 1/31/2014 for $4,000,000 after only 72 days on market (DOM)

476 Laulea Pl. sold on 3/24/2014 for $4,500,000 after 112 DOM

What's left for sale?  There's a beachfront condo in Spreckelsville listed for $4,300,000, and six oceanfront listings in Paia and Kuau, ranging from $2,995,000 to $12,500,000.  Contact me if you want more details on any of these waterfront listings, before it's too late...

There is nothing to compare with living close to the ocean! I missed it all those years in Germany!

It certainly looks like the luxury housing market is not suffering in Spreckelsville, Maui. And I am not surprised. It looks like Paradise.
