My Blog to-do list is getting so long, I am trying to get caught up - so here's a quick shout out for a store I discovered over the holidays...
ELISE!
It's a consignment and overstock clothing store on Maui.
They are located in Kahului (the main city) at:

I checked them out a few months ago and bought a few tank tops - the prices are good and the clothing is in very good shape. Mostly women's things, but there was some stuff for kids and men too. Nice friendly little store with a pretty good selection of smaller sizes.
If your husband is nearby buying paint or floor tiles, drop in and see if there's anything you like. I guarantee you will like the prices. Living on Maui is not cheap, so it's always good to know how to stretch a dollar... and recycle too.

Georgina, must say I missed this when I was there...had to pay full price for everything! It nice when you can find a bargain.
Have you noticed any difference in the amount of visitors since the planes are fewer with the bankruptcies?

Gena - We all love a bargain! I haven't really noticed yet, but I haven't been to the resort areas for about a week either. After spring break things tend to slow down anyway, until the summer holiday season.
