Oohh...  Maui...  I haven't made it to Maui yet, but I've been to Oahu several times to visit my brother-in-law.

Gotta love that surf! I saw a HGTV on Hawaii yesterday and they were talking 2nd homes, that can be rented to cover most costs. Sounds like a great business model

Georgina, with IDX search the consumer definitely has the advantage of self-search prior to working with a Realtor. I use that on my web site too. Here's to all great transactions for you on Maui.
