Maui Blog - Georgie Hunter R(S): The ocean view in the evening at 480 Puniawa Rd, Haiku Maui

The ocean view in the evening at 480 Puniawa Rd, Haiku Maui

I just wanted to share this video of the ocean view at 480 Puniawa Rd, Haiku Maui, on a nice balmy evening in April.

Video taken from the upper lanai overlooking the 26.7 acres of prime and private farm land.  Did I mention that this property once belonged to Marlon Brando?  Now it could be yours!

This listing is a real standout because of the large acreage which is  mostly usable and not too steep, with open space and wooded areas. The current owners built a nice 2-story pole house near the upper end of the property, so that the entire estate falls into view as you gaze towards the ocean.

480 Puniawa Rd, Haiku Maui HI is for sale

With a house and garage already built, a new owner can start developing the land into a productive equestrian estate, or a mixed use farm with fruit trees and crops.  This area is embracing the organic lifestyle, so rest assured that you can grow healthy foods that are good for you and the environment.

For more details, click this link to get the MLS info about 480 Puniawa Rd in the Huelo area of Haiku Maui.  Listed for $1,750,000. and sellers will look at all offers!

To see other off-grid Maui homes check out this Hawaii Life gallery.

I'd love to give you the tour of this great north shore Maui listing, so let me know if you're in the market for a fabulous estate with exceptional privacy and potential for development.

Thanks for reading my Maui blog...

The fact that Marlon Brando once owned the property is no where near as important as the property itself. Georgie Hunter R(S) It is so gorgeous and the surroundings are full of life. Good Selling!
