It's pumpkin time at the Kula Country Farms, Kula Maui

October means pumpkin time at Kula Country Farms, in Kula Maui.  Stop in for the free tour of their pumpkin patch and pick out your own big ones and small ones for carving and decorating.  You can grab a snack and refreshments here because you'll probably stay a while.  It's very inviting and there's lots of parking.

Good harvest.  Look at the variety of big orange pumpkins and gourds for sale!  It's been a good harvest this year and the ground is covered with these fruits of the fall season.  White ones, green ones, striped and spotted ones too!

Kids love to see the farm animals and explore the little gardens. Take them through the corn maze to see who can find their way out first.  They can pull the little wagons loaded up with their own pumpkins to buy.

The farm market stand sells fresh fruits and veggies, local preserves and honey, and other good things to eat from nearby farms and homes.  Pick up a bunch of seasonal fresh flowers and make someone's day.

Georgie Hunter R(S) I had no idea pumpkins would grow in Hawaii. I will bet the farmers have their hands full keeping the wild pigs away from those seasonal treats!

Hi Georgie Hunter R(S) - Some of the best veggies are grown in Maui.  I have been to Maui a couple of times at Halloween.  The adult parade in Lahaina gets crazy fun!

That is the largest cornicopia I have ever seen! I love the stackable pumpins in different colors!
