What's for sale in Maui's favorite north shore beach town?  As usual, there is not much inventory and most of the homes under $900,000 are under contract.  Plenty of luxurious oceanfront homes to choose from though if you can afford to be right on the water.

  • 11 Active listings priced from $899,000 in Kuau Bayview to $19.5M for a beachfront mansion in Spreckelsville
  • 8 are single family homes, while 3 come with a detached cottage
  • 3 are oceanfront, 3 are beachfront, and 4 claim to be "across the street" from ocean
  • Days on Market range from 9 to 885 but really most of these have been around for years, they just come and go with different agents

Pending residential sales:

  • 9 in total, priced from $485,000 to $5,500,000
  • 7 are single family homes, 2 are house and detached cottage
  • 3 of the pending sales are priced over $4.2M which means these oceanfront listings are starting to move
  • DOM ranges from 44 to 345 days

Condos:

  • Nothing on the market right now

Vacant land:

  • Paani Place is a beachfront CPR unit with 3/4 acre, asking $2,599,000

Commercial:

  • 137 Hana Hwy is a retail space for lease asking $2,082/month plus $586/month CAM
  • 69 Hana Hwy is asking $2.8M for a 3 unit commercial building on the ocean side

2016 residential sales:

  • 34 homes priced between $455,000 to $18,000,000
  • 2 were beachfront and 3 were oceanfront
  • 27 were single family homes, 6 were house and cottage, 1 had an attached ohana
  • DOM ranged from 23 to 418 days

2017 residential sales:

  • 5 sales so far this year, priced from $525,000 to $7,000,000
  • 1 was beachfront and came with house and detached cottage
  • DOM ranged from 58 to 395 days
