Sold in 2017:

  • 33 closed sales priced from $293,000 to $1,725,000
  • average sale price of $483,323 and median sale price of $400,000
  • lowest price: 1/4 acre in Pauwela with a water meter and an ocean view
  • highest price: 31.25 acres with custom barn, outbuildings, and a backhoe
  • only 2 sales were priced over $1,000,000
  • Days on Market ranged from 39 to 536, with a median of 117 days
