Speechless Sunday - retro ambulance in Vancouver BC

retro ambulance - Vancouver BC - Canada Day 2018

Along with the nostalgia theme of my last post, how about this charmer of an old ambulance?  Was it on display or was it ready to jump into action on Canada Day?  I wonder if there are seat belts?

Looks a bit like the Ghostbusters. I love Vancouver.

What a fun picture and isn't it amazing how these emergency vehicles have changed over the years!  We have always wanted to visit Vancouver. . .

Georgie, this is very cool, and would definitely turn some heads driving down the road.

Joe Pryor Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty  That's right it does look like the Ghostbusters car!  I completely forgot about that.

Thanks for dropping by.

Sharon & Bruce Walter You should visit Vancouver in the summer time... or the spring.  It's a beautiful city with so many things to do.

Georgie Hunter R(S) 58089 - You certainly don't see ambulances like that anymore! To think, once upon a time, that was the new thing! My, time flies, especially when you're old enough to remember when these were on the streets!
