Maui Blog - Georgie Hunter R(S): Got my Real Estate license in the mail - ready for 2 more years

Got my Real Estate license in the mail - ready for 2 more years

Got my Real Estate license in the mail - ready for 2 more years of helping buyers and sellers with their Maui Hawaii real estate comings and goings.

What some people don't know is that we Realtors have to keep up with continuing education requirements in order to stay abreast of recent changes in the laws, and other topics pertinent to our profession.  Every 2 years we can then renew our business license in order to keep practicing.  It's just part of doing business.

Real Estate license - Hawaii

It feels really good to get that little white card in the mail!  Here's to two more years.

Thanks for reading my Maui blog...

I've been buying and selling Maui real estate since January 2000.  Let me help YOU.

Brian England So you don't ever get a little card to show off?

Ron and Alexandra Seigel How nice - only every 4 years!

Endre Barath, Jr. If it's every four years, then how many hours of CE are required?

I do not think folks know much about Realtors at all! I would suggest they think we show homes, take pictures and pick up big fat checks.

Here in PA it is every 2 years also.  You are ready to go!

Is that hand painted sign for a local eatery or auto shop?

Gloria Todor it was outside an old auction barn in a little town in Canada.
Some homes here really do have furnaces with thermostats, in the cooler upcountry areas. Many also just have a fireplace or wood stove for those cold winter nights.
