PAIA MAUI HAWAII 96779 - Cute home for sale, with a really sweet back yard. I just had to take some pictures when I was showing this Paia home to a client. The owner has really put a lot of work into the yard, making some nice seating areas. The flowering Royal Poinciana tree is in full bloom at this time of year, and it was gorgeous. I know that the appraisers don't care much for this kind of thing, but what about buyers? This single family home is priced in the mid $600,000's and seems to be a little high for the market right now. The buyer didn't even consider putting in an offer, which tells you something. The house is all remodeled and looking great, so it should appeal to buyers who don't want to be bothered with repairs and improvements. The market will speak - and this house will sell or it won't. Do you think this back yard will help it sell? Want to see some other Paia homes for sale?

That's what I WANT - I think I will put it at the top of my list - a cute backyard in HAWAII!
Beautiful pix Georgina!
Awesome pictures of the backyard! Does the house look as nice? I'd buy this in a flash, if for nothing else but the yard.
That's an awesome backyard. Makes me want to get out and work on my yard some more. Great pictures.
I'll take 2!
good luck with the sale
This is a wonderful yard. May it get sold quickly. All the best at getting the price adjusted and making it all work out.
Gorgeous... Who wouldn't want their own private park?
Dawn - yes, move that right up to the top of your list!
Mary - yes the inside looks very good too, it's cozy and cute.
Hope - glad you were inspired.
Scott - you could take 2 - the house next door is also for sale
Bob & Carolin - not my listing - I can only hope
Debbie - it's a small park, but adorable
As you said, we will see how the market responds on that price.
Hi Pete - did you want to tag along and see Kulike tomorrow?
Fab yard! I'm in the process of re-doing my landscaping, and it's inspirational to see what is possible.
Carol - I wish you luck with your new project.
All I see is a LOT OF YARD WORK. Opps, did I say that out loud??? :-)
Hi there Georgina,
This looks like a gardener's dream, I'm in love with it!
It appeals to me. I would think alot of people who live in Hawaii would want a beautiful yard.
Ronald - good thing it's a small yard
Cynthia - I like it too
Carol - you'd be surprised, but yes, there are a lot of super yards
I love the yard!!!! It is also the time for Royal Poincianas to bloom here in Florida! They are so beautiful!
I would love to have a back yard (or front yard for that matter) like this. It's gorgeous!!!
BJ and Michelle - thanks for taking the time to drop in and comment
It may be small, but I s BIG work, and way too much for me to turn brown!!!
Ronald - maybe I could interest you in a cute condo then... no yard work at all. ; )
THAT IS more my style!! This property looks like my ex-mother-in-laws. But she LOVED and still does love working in her yard. She is know as the Plant-Lady - for a reason. When I first visited her and could not find her, I started walking to neighbors homes and asked for her by name, nobody knew who I was talking about. Then one neighbor said "Plant Lady" - she always hangs out at such-and-such's home. Sure enough, she was there!!
Hi Georgina,... I would pay more for a nice backyard, I spend a lot of time in my backyard....Doug
Doug, thanks for adding me to your associates. I'm looking forward to learning more about you and your area.
That is a little piece of paradise, who would NOT want that in their backyard. Ahhh you just don't see these yards in NJ
Phyllis Pafumi
