WELCOME TO MAUI
At our last Realtor's Assn. of Maui (RAM) General Membership meeting, we were lucky enough to have the esteemed Paul Brewbaker speak about the Hawaii economy. He is a top economist here in the state, so he knows what he's talking about. Not only that, but he's also a very animated and funny speaker, which made it a highlight of the meeting.

Paul Brewbaker tells it like it is, with plenty of local humor thrown in... and some pidgin too. (btw - PAU is Hawaiian for finished) There are some good comparisons of the Maui real estate market to the Oahu real estate market. Plenty of data and facts and graphs here for those of you who like that!

I last seen Paul on Dec. 16th at Ala Moana Hotel and enjoyed comparing this video to last weeks meeting. This guy does an awesome presentation.
