The October Upcountry Realtor Caravan featured 6 properties for sale in Kula

has already gone Pending which goes to show that well-priced properties are

B&B update...
Planning panel sets a cap on the number of vacation rentals and B&B's to be
allowed in various parts of Maui. They are proposing only 20 for all of
Makawao/Pukalani and Kula. The preliminary approval has passed and the
final vote will be later this month. Read more about it in the Maui News
online.
