Hey Georgina - The starter home is actually less than I would have imagined... But I'll take the Oasis any day of the week.
Hi Debbie - there are a few of those little starter homes, but they are very small, like 500 sf. A number of them have sold already, but I'm surprised how long it's taking. The last home is the real winner of course, with the big views and so many cool features. I think I might have to blog about their bathroom sink!
