Longhi's is an institution on Maui. Their original Lahaina restaurant has been around since the 70's. Thirty odd years later, Longhi's is still one of the most popular and acclaimed restaurants in the Hawaiian Islands, with 3 locations. Founder Bob Longhi developed a plan that worked and stuck with it. They also do weddings and catering, so go ahead and plan that next big Maui event with style.
Saturday evenings they have live music and dancing, with meals served until 10 when the live music starts. Put on your glad rags and head down to Longhi's for a night on the town in Wailea.

Georgina - I love the Wailea area, and in fact next time I visit, I will plan on staying there the whole time. And we went to Longhi's - unbelievable food. I remember the really good artichoke (with way too many calories).
Georgina, The photos are lovely and this restaurant sounds the same. I would love to take a look at the cookbook, I'll bet they have some wonderful recipes.

Georgina, hey I love Wailea. I spent Christmas Eve at Wailea along with a lot of money. In fact, I ate at Longhi and then went over to buy $500 sun glasses. Definitely a nite I will remember. Love all the shops.
Georgina, I too love Wailea and the Grand Wailea always has some killer specials. I don't get to go to Maui, this year, instead Kauai in January. In 2010 it's Longhi's for lunch...
