I came across this property, a house with small ohana.  It's a bank owned REO and the price was not yet set.  It looked pretty decent, with some nice upgrades.  

The elevation here is about 3,000 ft or more.  You can have a wood stove or fireplace to keep you warm in the winter.  Great climate for growing things like peaches and blackberries.
